No sure what the question is. You live in Japan. We live in Europe where the car's made and the majority of the overseas U.S. military, not counting Iraq live. Perhaps your best bet is to contact pentagon military car sales? As far as I knew as long as you weren't stationed in the U.S. you could get the same deals plus you'd have to pay shipping I think.

Okay let me put it this way...Military prices for U.S. personell are the same...okay..even if it's Germany Korea. or Japan..got it.....no difference....328 starts off at 28,850.....okay..but for germany they are offering additional discounts on 2007's at the factory..but won't let people who are going to have cars purchsed and delivered to the states..thru Military sales..they won't sell them thoses 2007's at the discounted price...okay you got it..and my questions is why the hell not..and Pentagon can't sell me a car.......

Ah I see what you're saying. Honestly, I dont know what to tell you. There are a couple soldiers in Korea that I've pm'd with who went through Pentagon I think.

Here's was their FAQ says:

Is it possible to participate in the BMW Military Sales Program if I’m stationed in the USA?
No, in order to use this special program your Duty Station must be located outside the USA and it’s territories. Alternatively, you must be in possession of TDY/TAD orders (or deployed) to a foreign location at the time you place your BMW order.

If I’m deployed to a location in the Middle East/Asia or based on-board a ship and would like to participate in the program, how can I place an order? The process is very easy. Simply send us an e-mail or a Request for Information form (found on our website) and your inquiry will be assigned to a BMW product advisor who will assist you in selecting the model and option configuration best suited to your needs. Once that has been established you will then be guided through the ordering process – all of which can all be conducted over e-mail or fax.
