Question about shipping to Canada from JG Mods

hey guys I was ready to place my order from JG mods to Canada and was wondering if any canadian has gotten something shipped from there. The reason being is because I wanted to know if you were charged any extra at Canadian Customs or charged with any tariffs on the order. As well as if anyone faced problems from customs during shipping. Thanks

Many factors. Are they showing the actual price of the item when shipping it or a lower one? Are they shipping with UPS or USPS?

I know UPS charges a fee. Not sure about Fed Ex. I usually get them to show a "lower" price and ask for USPS. I'll get charged the tax but at a lower value I don't mind.

if its anything other then usps then there will be a fee at your door for customs, there are odd occasions when you dont have to pay but that depends on what you are buying.

hey im buying a mtech front and rear bumper with the carbon fiber performance diffuser for around $1900 with standard shipping. I am in Alberta so maybe I can hope for USPC..dont mind paying a small custom fee as long as it isnt to large where buying oversees and going through the hassle is worthless

USPS is the only option other than driving down and smuggling it in... You might even get lucky and not have to pay tax.

if they declared for $1990 then you might be paying quite a bit. Hopefully they didnt.

Take $1990 and multiply it by your sales tax. For me here in Ontario it would be 13% which brings the total amount of tax to $258.70. Add duty fees and I'd be looking at around $300 extra on top of the original $1990.

go with USPS, they do not have broker fee like UPS or Fedex, they do but its included already in the shipping fee.
USPS shipping fees are higher than UPS or Fedex but better for Canadians.
