Hey, guys, had my 2nd cats deleted today with PE and VRSF DPs-holly smokes! I did not expect rasp to be that bad. To those who did the same, will resonators fix the issue? Couple bottle type ones work? What size? And what size diameter:2.25 or 2.5"? Thank you! I need to get that done ASAP lol, sound kills me.

I am fully catless, have the PE, and resonators. It still has quite a bit of rasp above 4000 rpms. A lot depends on throttle input though. If I am at 3/4 throttle it rasps really bad started at 4k. If I'm wot it sounds much better but still rasps around 6k. Overall it still sounds pretty mean though.

Resonators come in on Saturday and going on the car that day as well. The car definitely sounds louder without sec cats. Hope it would not be that bad with bibrant resonators.

I will, before and after.
Drove Vantage today, it has rasp 5k rpm and above as well on the stock exhaust system, so some rasp wouldn't hurt anybody. Nobody is perfect |

Would anybody mind to post the resonators locations picture of there setup if you have it? I put them in place of the cats, correct? 1790's are 18" long, correct? If so is it enough space to put them one after another between the bend and skid plate?

It's completely stupid I still have stock DP's but I absolutely love the sound of the PE as it is now I don't want to ruin it. |

Never heard it with stock DPs in person as I already have catless DPs, but with secondary cats in place it sounded good, just not good enough, therefore I deleted the cats

IMHO PE, Catless DPs while leaving the secondary cats is the best sound from these cars. I continually get compliments on my exhaust note.
