Vredestein tyre pressures
looking for some advice lads, just binned the run flats for Vredestein Ultrac Sesantas, standard sizes on 19" rims.
im running 2.7 rear, 2.2 front as per the run flats. trouble is went into a corner today at 45mph and I thought they were gonna give up on me!!!!! my golf goes round at 60 no probs, just wondering what others are running pressure wise? |

Have you got oem bmw 19 wheels?
Give 38 and 42 a go... or 36 and 40... what's 2.2?... 32 psi? ...that's too low! |

Can somebody confirm this for 19 inch wheels with
235/ 35 /19 265/ 39 /19 ? What is optimal air pressure for these in PSI? Thanks. (Assuming OP has the same setup)

I have same tyres and run on my E91, 40 up front and 44 rear which is the best combo for me and also similar to that recommended on the drivers side pressure sticker. BMW E91 recommendations for 19" wheels is 3.2bar rear = 46psi and 2.7bar front = approx 40psi .Will most probably be .2bar lower on the E90; so I would use fronts 36-38psi and rears 40-42psi.

If it still feels a bit odd after adjusting the pressure get the wheel alignment done.

Update
Just an update for anyone thinking of changing to the Vredesteins.
Now I have set up correctly, 3 bar rear 2.5 front, laser alignment, I love it, can't wait to drive it. If you are near to changing over do it. |
