JB4 code readout help!

Hey guys,

Today as I was driving, I got a half yellow engine light on and it scared the shit out of me. I drove home and tried to read out the codes using my Jb4. I've tried searching the forum in order to understand what the codes meant, but I couldn't find anything. Can someone please help me read out these codes and tell me what they mean? Thanks!

1st code 2F15 - ? can't find info on it

2nd code 3100:
3100 boost-pressure control, deactivation
EXPLANATION: This code is triggered any time you experience a reduced boost mode.
FIX: This code itself is meaningless and serves only to let you know a 'limp mode' took place.
