can i use 5w40 LL-98 on a 335i N54?

hi there, i was wondering if can use this oil on my bmw, please let me know, the brand is bmw.. im not from united states and my dealer is offering that type of oil, other option is 5w40 motul brand.. thats LL-01 but thats not from the dealer

LL01 should work fine. If you're in EU, I believe that BMW recommends LL04 because that works a bit better than LL01 with low-sulfur gasoline (petrol).
