Just wanted to show off where I'm at in my first month of ownership on the 2011 D.

-M359 wheels with Michelin PSS
-JBD installed at ~85%
-brushed silver 3M 1080 wrap interior trim
-M3 steering wheel
-MTech pedals
-m3 rep front bumper
-m3 rep side skirts
-m3 rear deck lid spoiler
-BMW performance kidney grills

Installed since pics:
-eibach pro kit and SP spring perches (on stock sport dampers)

Loving the diesel. I drive it responsibly but sportingly often and average 24mpg. Almost entirely city. It's a great car!

I didn't know you could use the sport steering wheel trim with the M3 steering wheel...

The wheel is only wrapped differently. Uses the same airbag and trim. I have an aluminum vibe going in the car and wanted to keep the factory trim with aluminum.

Right, that makes sense. Just never seen it in that combo but it does look good with the aluminum theme you're going for.

So when's the JBD gonna get installed fellow LA diesel bro?

Here it was before most of the mods and then after from above... And one with the wife's X1 when I finished the side skirts.

... I don't have too many photos of it and the few I have are pretty poor quality.

Congrats on the mods, the car is looking good. Can you give some more details on the M3 rep front bumper? My non-Msport front bumper is probably the one remaining appearance item I might decide to do something about (although the CSL trunks always catch my eye).

The M3 rep was from eBay. Front bumper fitment is 10/10 and side skirts about 8.5/10. Many, many forums sponsors and other BMW aftermarket specialists buy from this warehouse where I did local pickup (paid cash, no receipt... Risky but it worked out great).

Advanation is their name on eBay. You have to trim or remove the brake cooler plastic on one side and the oil cooler plastic on the other side. I removed it and trimmed a few remaining sections. It sounded like a big deal when I read I would have to do that but it was very simple. 👍

As for CSL trunks, I had one on my last car- it was carbon wrapped fiberglass just like all of them, and while it looked cool it weighed nothing and was sort of flimsy. It really felt like a low quality item even though it was a name brand $800 trunk lid. I sold it within 3 months. Also, you'd have to fight the struts to close it while the flimsy nature of the trunk allowed it to make cracking sounds (fiberglass strands breaking?).

If you can handle the non-csl look I would just buy a spoiler that matches your taste.

Really really like this car. Your execution is spot on perfect. Not crazy over the top. Very clean and done right.

Perhaps I am partial since I have Sport pack Space grey as well. Now tint the windows and call it a day!

Like the silver 3M trim wrap, want to do the same on mine. Got a price of $250 from a reputable local place. Did you do it yourself?

Thanks for the compliment.

The 3M wrap was done on a Saturday and was more enjoyable than I thought it would be. The best tip I got was watching several videos of 3M vinyl installers actually installing the wrap. Seeing how the stretched it and pulled it and what not. Once I did that I got the hang of it and really enjoyed the process.

$250 is fair, but my total cost was about $80 and $20 of that was the heat gun.

I have my stainless steel brake lines, Racing Brake two piece rotors and Racing Brake pads too. I plan on putting them on next March and might be done with mods for good on this car. I have considered the LSD but at this point I'd rather throw that $4-5 K into another car in 2-3 years from now.
