Code 2c40, stock boost

Good afternoon, need a little help please. Recently did a valve cover gasket, after install I get a ses on start up. Car idle a little bumpy on a cold start, surges during wot, and most of the time will only make stock boost level. Code is 2c40 dme, internal error, lambda probe 2, evaluation component. I see the afr is 20 at all times during the log. Do I have a bad sensor of some sort?

Mod list
Jb4 g5 iso
Fmic
Dps

Did you ever find out why you had the 2C40 error code after you swapped out you valve cover gasket? I just did the same thing and have the same error. Tried clearing the code but it comes back every time I start the car.

Yes, on top of the valve cover are two connections for the front o2 sensors, the one closet to the firewall was bad causing the code. After changing the sensor never seen the issue again
