Fuel pump issues. Feedback appreciated
I've been running an E40 pro-tune for about 5k miles. Was getting fuel mixture shadow codes the entire time (P29e0 and P29e1). I used to get those codes prior to running ethanol but after I updated my injectors it stopped until I ran E40 now theyre back. I started getting fuel pump plausibility codes (P2AAF) with an SES light so I decided its time to upgrade my pump. Installed a Walbro 455 INLINE with my stock pump. Fuel pump plausibility codes still coming up and the SES light pops up anytime Im in 6th gear. Im also getting the fuel pump warning on my Nav screen system check.
Can anybody give me some feedback as to whats normal and whats not? Thanks in advance

The fuse won't cause any codes, and it won't fix any codes. The reason to change the fuse is because two pumps draw more amps and you don't want to blow a fuse when you hit high boost and fuel demand goes up.
Try to get some logs showing LPFP pressure and trims once the rain stops. You can also try dropping the E content down to 30%. |

When I first started my car it was in the 70s and no code was showing. As soon as I start driving around I get in the 85 range the light is triggered.

Raising my scaler from 1.1 to 1.2 solved it for me. It also smothed my idle

Have to show some appreciation to Shiv at Vishnu. Took the time to call me personally and go through the issue.
Seems like its a calibration issue with my tune as you confirmed 3000. Going to have it adjusted hopefully will solve the issue for me as well.

A few logs.
One thing to make note of is that I had fuel scaler adjusted to 1.2 but ran these while still finishing a tank of E40
