WinKFP is blank, help!

So I followed the instructions here:

When I run WinKFP, I hit Comfort Mode, then Update ZUSB, and my selection screen for ECUs is blank.

Help??

PS - I'm sitting in the car with the cable connecting on the internet, so if anyone would prefer a remote connection I can do that.

EDIT: cn555ic helped me get WinFKP working, but now I get an error.

Error 200:

Error on reading HW-Number form ECU or logisitc file

COAPI error entries:

2020 LFCDHDIA.CPP (11GKE215.IPS/IPO) CDHapiResultTest ECU does not answer IFH-0009: No response from controlunit 10FLASH
2020 COAPI2.CPP coapiRunCabd ECU does not answer SG_IDENT_LESEN
2020 LFCDHDIA.CPP (11GKE215.IPS/IPO) CDHapiResultTest ECU does not answer
Interpretierter Fehler: SG antwortet nicht: SG_IDENT_LESEN 10FLASH IFH-0009 No response from controlunit

That error message is no communication with car. Either your cable is not configured correctly or the cable that you purchased is no good. Where did you buy this cable? I have seen so many now purchase eBay cables which sometimes they are good, but most of the time they just don't work.
