DVD in motion coding error

Make a long story short I had some coding work done last week.
Alpine trans flash, mirrors fold on lock, remove I drive warning and DVD in motion
My car is an 09 e90
im getting a format unrecognizable error for every dvd i try

has anyone seen this issue?

I have done plenty of DVD in motions on CIC units and had never seen this happen. Did it work prior to the coding?

Yes but last time I used it it was over 6 months ago
