Ashtray damaged? Need springs?

Hi guys,

My Ash try is not opening and closing properly. I had it removed from the car when I had all my interior trim colour changed/modified (pics to follow)

Can someone please take a look at the back of this picture and see what is missing?

I am sure it is supposed to have some springs? Any idea where I can get them from?

There is no spring, on the side is a metal clip/ bound metal under tension that allows the opening and closing.
