**ERRORS** DSC, Brake, Airbag, Seatbelt - HELP!

The issues (pic #1):
DSC (4x4 with the arrow circling it), Brake, Airbag and Seatbelt lights are on, and no auto cancel turn signals - must manually cancel.

Possible Causes (?):
- I broke the clockspring/ coil spring cartridge last night while removing the steering wheel by accident. The entire spool fell into my lap. So I bought an OEM replacement and installed it today- errors are still there.
- Had new tires and an alignment done yesterday - drove 25-30 miles afterwards with ZERO of these issues. Wasn't until the clockspring that these errors arrived.

Any idea on what this could be? I'm frustrated as she was driving great yesterday before the clockspring broke. Dealership I bought the clockspring from said installing the new one and clearing the codes with a basic code scanner would fix it. Unfortunately not the case :-/

I'd appreciate any help.

Try doing to indy and having them clear the codes with a BMW specific tool. A basic scanner won't clear a LOT of things.

Got it all sorted out. Apparently the SZL (steering angle sensor) got tweaked when the clockspring broke. So I found a used SZL and had the dealer install and reset all codes. No errors since.

Note to self: Always remove the wiring harnesses before pulling the steering wheel off.
