Thinking of selling my wife's 2009 335i sedan. We are the first owners and ordered the car new. We picked it up in April of 2009 from Apple BMW in York PA.

I have both fobs and all books. Car is completely stock with the exception of an M3 type trunk spoiler and some intake scoops that I got for free with the spoiler.

The car has never been in an accident and it has been fully maintained by Bel Air BMW in Bel Air, MD. The warranty has expired (April) but there are zero issues with this car. It has 33000 miles. It has had new brake pads and rear rotors within the last 10-12K miles (under maintenance).

A couple of rims have some moderate rash (they all have minor rash) and the underside of the front bumper is a bit dinged up from the driveway but most will not see it and you can put some splitters on it to hide it. Never bothered me.

The body work of the car is scratch and ding free and the car has been garaged from new and always polished and waxed. The interior is basically spotless and we are both non-smokers.

Tires are probably going to need replacing in the next 3000-4000 miles. I was going to put some VMRs on it with some new tires but I have my eye on an X5M.

I'm a long time member here. I would not misrepresent this vehicle. It's awesome but we need an SUV.
