Based on what we saw with the M-Sport aero parts, the answer is probably "yes" with an indeterminate number of incidental parts that will also need replacement.

just the front bumpers alone won't fit... since the M3's front end is quite a bit wider than the 335i; the extra fender flare means the front bumper, fender and side skirts are different.

You would most definitely need to swap out more panels than just the bumper due to the fenders being flared.

there is no way it would bolt right on and fit. a good body shop may be able to work it on somehow, but a correct fit would require the bumper and fenders to work right.
