intermittent blinking rear indicator

Hi guys i been having intermittent blinking of the rear turn signal with message on the idrive of bulb indicator failure.(rear right)
Anybody experienced same pls chime in.
335i LCI SEDAN.

Your light bulb holder is defective/loose. Original warranty can take care of this issue.

was wondering if there is a recall concerning same.

Not sure if it's one of the recall but the extended (cpo?) warranty would not cover this repair. Many of us e90/e92 have this same issue.

So it looks like this is a common fault but car is now off warranty.
150 pounds plus vat for a new unit and has a lifetime of 4 years!!!
Grrrrr...
