I have a 2006 bmw 325xi and plannin to put in 18" wheels. Should i go staggered or all same size? If staggered, should I change something on the rear end or nothing at all? All same size of wheels will still look good though right? Planning to get mr118 black

as long as the rolling diameter is the same you should be fine, me personality though on an AWD vehicle I would keep my setup squared.

Will the space between the fender and the tire be bigger since the mr118 requires 240/25/18 tires i think and my oem tire right now is 205/55/16?

You must have typo on the tyre size. That is totally wrong size, it wont probably even exist.

Also they only offer 18x8 size for the mr118, so you cant get that wheel staggered. As for tyre size 225/40/18 or 235/40/18.

When you go bigger wheels the fender gap looks bigger, even though it is almost the same. Little bit lowering is best solution to remove it.

Also the mr118 18x8 et32 in my opinion needs spacers to rear, because otherwise it's so sunken in. (maybe to front too).

This is where the staggered setup would help, if you don't want to use spacers, because wider rear wheel will fill the wheel housing better if the offset is good. Even though 18x8 with low offset has that same affect

My winter setup is 17x8 et20 front and 17x8 et10 rear with 225/45/17

It was a typo.. Can u suggest not that expensive but good suspension kits to lower my car?

If the rolling diameter between front and rear is within 1% of each other, you won't have a problem with your transfer case. Square fitment is nice because you don't need to worry about that, and you can rotate your tires.

Depends do you want only springs or coilovers. Springs are cheaper. Maybe something like H&R Sport springs, Eibach springs, or if you want coilovers BC racing BR.
