looked around but should i redrill wheels?

I am looking for wheels but there expensive even knock offs are over priced ive found some set of wheels cheap , and there rays, works, and even Volk but there all 5x114 should i re-drill them ? and if so any shop you would recommend ? Located in SO-Cal
