CONDITION:

Exterior: Great condition for being almost 4 years old. Absolutely no past accidents or damage.
-Minor rock chips on front hood, typical of mileage, nothing excessive and definitely not that noticeable.
-Bottom side of front bumper has some scratches from driveways, but cannot see unless you are under the car. Absolutely no damage, just paint.
-no dents, scratches, or issues otherwise.

Interior: Great condition, hardly any wear, looks practically brand new. Hard to believe but even has new car smell. Non smoker, no pets, no kids. Passenger seat rarely used, rear seats never used.

Mechanical: Great condition, no issues whatsoever. Maintained per BMW recommendations (actually I had him change his oil more than the BMW recommended intervals). Still under factory bumper-bumper and then CPO thereafter.

Tires/Wheels: Full tread, OEM. Wheels have no curbage or any damage. Look new.

NEVER modded, never raced, absolutely no accidents, and in amazing condition. I am posting this for my cousin. I convinced him to buy a 335i after he drove mine (FBO 2007 E92). He had a kid not long ago and needs a sedan, SUV, or wagon ASAP. The car has been really cared for. I believe he is open to trading for a 4 door 335i similarly equipped.

Forgot to mention that he bought the bmw extended maintenance which covers all maintenance until 10/2015 or 100k miles. He paid $1800 for this!

Yes! Please I would like to know too. I live in the SF Bay Area, and every where I have asked for extended warranty they've quoted me over $2-$3k for 2 years!

Can you please ask your familly where they purchased it & whom they dealt with in negotiations?
