BMW washed my car..and messed up my wheels =(

Hey all,

I picked up my car today from the dealership, and it turns out that they really screwed up my wheels on the drivers side. At the worst part, its about three inches of curb rash. Anyone have similar experiences? I keep meaning to the make them note: "do not wash car," but always forget.

Mine BMWs are clearly marked as "do not wash" in the system. Not sure if the curb rash happened when they were washing it or when they were driving it around the dealership lot though. Either way, they should pay for the repair. Not a big deal, that only costs them $20 or $40. Those "wheel repair" guys are there all day every day. When I bought my X5, I had a small blemish on one of the wheels since the car was used. I walked up to a guy in the lot and paid him cash and he fixed the wheel for me. Looks great.
