Somewhere to stay in Asheville (Biltmore)
After waiting 5 long months for this car to come, I'm finally picking it up on Oct. 25 at the PDC. Afterwards, my husband and I are heading to Asheville for the night.
I have to say, I'm worried about staying somewhere where I can't see my car from my room. Anybody else have that fear that first night? I think I would sleep easier if I could peek out at it from time to time that first night. Can anybody recommend a hotel or motel in Asheville with an outside view of the parking lot?

Great place to vacation! Congrats and hope you enjoy your stay. Asheville is a nice place, not very big. Don't have any specific places to suggest, altho you might want to check if Biltmore has any package deals that include local/private hotels or bed & breakfasts?

I am sure you'll love the Biltmore. After we did PCD we drove to Winston-Salem and found a B&B with a lot outside our window!! Have fun!!!!

The Biltmore should be beautiful this time of year provided everything isn't dead from the drought. It is probably too early for their Christmas stuff to be out but, man it's unbelievable.
