A 235 on a 10 inch wheel?? Not really smart 225 on a 9 inch wheel is stretched, so 255 in rear would be best bet. 235/35 and 265/30 is the safer bet with a staggered setup.

There are a lot of factors that determine that, and you should not be stretching you tires if you don't have to. What you consider a good stretch, is going to be disagreed with by others. If you aren't satisfied with the way your tires look on your wheels, you would need to size them up or down. Keep in mind that different brands and models will look different on the wheels as well, so even if you are pretty set on sizing, the brand/model you choose is going to affect how it looks too.

I would go as suggested above: 225 (maybe even a 215 max in the front)/35/19 and a 255/30/19 in the rear. In regards to the brand I would go with Hankook evo v12. However, depending on the offset you might not even require stretched tires, but if you decide to add spacers and increase the offset and want some stretch and poke then you will need the stretched tires.

The offset is a measurement that will tell us how the wheel fits on the car, from that we can tell you what size of tires will work well with your setup. For example someone with 19x10et38 would normally use a 275/30/19 or even 265/30/19. Whereas someone with 19x10et20 would choose a 255/30/19 to make up for the more aggressive fitment of the wheels. |
