M5/6 LSD

Why can't we just bolt in a BMW OEM M5/M6 3.62 Limited-slip Differential (LSD) into our E90 335i? From my understanding it bolts right in and all you need is a yoke from the m6 driveshaft. Is this not the case and if it is why not buy that over the Quaife or wave trac?

If it's not a simple bolt in what else is needed?
Also the final drive in the M6 LSD is 3.62 and the E90 335i auto is 3.46 so you'll lose a little top speed but gain a little acceleration down low correct?
