Depends on what you're trying to get from them. Here are a couple pics of before and after. Then the final pic is recently after they have "settled".

The drop and ride is great with the Sports, but I just want that LITTLE BIT EXTRA drop and am willing to sacrifice a little worse ride cause it's not my daily. So yeah...
