North/Central CT Emissions

Anyone had any luck "passing" visual inspection at any shops/testing stations in Central or Northern CT? I have the DP Fix in which has prevented the code from popping but I need a place that doesn't actually perform the visual check. Suggestions?

As a side question, any think it is possible to pass the visual with the secondaries in place?

I've passed before without going on a lift with my Evo with a "resonator", I'd imagine the secondaries are good visually since you can't see the primary from the floor.

Maybe I'm just lucky but in the past I have never seen anyone actually do the visual on any of my cars. My old WRX passed 100% catless but that shop is closed now so I cant give any specific suggestions.

Well, I went on Friday. Passed OBD (with the BMS DP Fix) and Visual. I saw the guy get down and look. I am guessing he saw the secondaries and the tray and just didn't bother to look harder. He was looking from the drivers side so I know he wasnt able to see the DPs.
