In for service question...help

My car has 33k on it and I am being told by the dealership that I need my spark plugs replaced as it is recommended every 30k on my e90 335i N54. Can anyone confirm this?

Recommended or not, I would replace mine at that mileage (if not before)...

There has been disagreement on when they are due. The original manuals (service and warranty) from the early 2007 cars said 45K. But many SERVICE ADVISORS said 100K (which is the N52 interval) and people had to pay themselves. I'm not sure what the BMWNA resolution on that was.

I find it odd that a BMW dealer is insisting on changing them at 30K. Are they going to charge you? If not, let them change them.

I thought it's 45k as well. Should be in one of the manuals...
