Dealer charging MACO & Training Fee for ED

Are the MACO & Training Fees applicable to the Euro Delivery? How should I convince the CA?

Please advise.

No, they should not be charged. Tell them to look at the confidential price list regarding the training fee and it specifically says it "excludes Euro delivery". Regarding MACO tell them to call BMWNA.

if you can't convince your CA about no MACO and Training fees you need to find a new CA, cuz he is an ass
