Is the dealer giving the buy rate on the MF for a lease or were you buying outright?

if it was a lease, and willing to ship to California, I have a buyer: my Dad's girlfriend just ordered one, but hers will take 3 months until it arrives, but she can get her deposit back and get this one. let me know if it can be leased, and if they can ship
