Had the same issue of the car being engulfed in white smoke when the car is at a stop. Put my stock downpipes back on and brought it in. Dealer changed my injectors, spark plugs, and oxygen sensors. Problem went away after that!

I had the same issue FBO fully catless. Changed the Valve Cover gasket and Oil Filter housing as both were leaking. Only after changing the primary O2 Sensors did the smoke almost completely go away. I would say it is about 95% gone.
