CIC retrofit/ CCC install (HELP)

Does anyone in Tampa have knowledge of installing CCC? I got the SOS call system malfuncion and dealer said CCC is gone.

Thinking bout doing the CIC retrofit, but I am not sure how to put it all together.

If someone can give me some pointer where to go or willing to help, please let me know. Thanks.
