what can it be??

Car rattles every time when coming to a stop and it feels like the motor is dropping out of my car. But when I step down on clutch while stopping it doesn't do it. So I initially thought it was the clutch and flywheel and had that replaced but problem still persist. Also there's a rattle/knocking on start-ups and I pinpointed that to the tensioner. So can a bad tensioner cause or relate to the problem I'm having?? Or maybe even a bad crank pulley?

Any ideas?
