Need everyones opinion - blacklines and tint
Basically my parents bought me a silver 325 for christmas and i've always wanted to do something to it, just for looks not any perofrmance mods and i've been thinking about getting black lines just like everyone else has in this forum apparently and tinting my windows...............
first question: would tinted windows on a silver E90 look good? Second question: If i tinted my windows and bought blacklines would that make my car look cheap? I mean its a 325 and here i am trying to do all this exterior stuff so in the end would it be not worth it? I just dont' want to look like a poser trying to do all this stuff to my car and have it look retarded int he end.... Any opinions would help thanks |

A well done tint and blacklnes will not cheapen the look of your car. Go for it if you like the look.

black lines are an original accessory from bmw. they make any e90 look better imho.
as for tint, yes, it can look good. just don't go too dark. 35% all around looks really nice.

Yes, tint looks better.
yes, blacklines look better. much cleaner look. i've got HO ceramic tint and will be ordering blacklines in a couple of weeks. also think a rear spoiler would add to the look. even though it's 'only' a 325, it's still an E90 so i wouldn't consider it a 'poser'

E90 325 in europe is not the bottom of the E90 food chain. Be proud.

There are numerous pics of TiAg E90s with blacklines and/or tints on this site. Have a look around via search and decide for yourself

I think you have to deal with the issues in your head more than whether the car would look good or not. My goodness, your parents might as well have bought you a Hyundai Pony (well, you actually might not know what a Hyundai Pony is, but many of the older folk here will ... ).
Drive. Mod. Enjoy. |
