Is this only for people with existing warranty correct? My warrenty was up at 40k miles im at 75k miles. Im guessing I could not take advantage of this :/ or can I?

it's not a rumor. they replaced both of my turbos because of my wastegates.

the wastegates are part of the turbocharger assembly so they have to change the turbo to change the wastegate
