depends. It should be okay without, but logs will show if your stock lpfp can handle it or not.

Like said above, try it out and log. if your pressure is dangerously low, and you're leaning out then you'd have to go aftermarket.
With a good tune for E50, I think you might be OK if your pump is in good shape. |

Unless your stock pump is very healthy, I doubt it will flow enough for E50. Granted my stock pump is probably on the way out, but it gets its’ ass kicked on multi-gear pulls when running E30. The low pressure side falls below 45PSI at times.
I’d log E30 first to be sure. If your high pressure isn’t being dragged down too much and you aren’t pegging trims, you may be able to run E50 on a newish LPFP. But I’d be willing to bet you’ll need an aftermarket pump to up the flow rate.

my stock pump was getting old when i was tuning for only E25, it saw 47psi, so i ended up replacing an OEM pump and now on E40, hovering around 70psi no problem.

It depends on the car and the car's health, with almost 50k miles when I took this test log at the track this is what my fuel trims looked like on E50 - E55
