Angry Car got damaged at work today

I'm not happy

I washed my car during my break today and noticed a dent in my drivers door. I had a suspicion it was done by a fuckwit driver at work this morning as he was parked next to me.

I challenged him about it and he denied all knowledge. I then put my car back where it was and asked him to open his passenger door and guess what???

The dent lined up perfectly with the edge of his door but still he denied it was him the wanker

So now I have the dent man coming round on Thursday so that's £50 of my hard earned gone due to a fuckwit at work.

If he had owned up I can claim on the works Ambulance insurance and no harm done but no...... He didn't do it!!! My arse

Rant over........ and breath again

Jon

I feel your pain! I bet it was some crappy vauxhall or something that hit you..... Some people have no respect for a well looked after car.

I feel your pain dude!

I started parking on 2bays right at the end of the car park, where it's hardly ever used....just so that no Citroen Xantia or Vauxhal Vectra drivers bang my doors...

last week I had an email from facilities that if I park on 2 bays again they will ban me from the car park

Feel for you, bet his car was a shed as well, I've had a couple of my cars damaged at work and nobody owned up,
I parked up one morning and was walking down the car park and watched someone reverse down the side of another car when trying to park then he went to park somewhere else, when he got out of his car I told him what he had done and he denied it, so I reported it in the office, I'm not a grass but would hope someone would do the same if it was my car,

I know you are all sharing my pain and believe me it helps

What makes it worse it was an Ambulance that did the damage

It could have been worse. Its like a shopping trip dent that should come out ok and no damage to paint just some light grazing to the lacquer.

What with getting fined for riding my bike in a bus lane in Lambeth last week and that was £65

So I'm going to ease my pain further by buying some cosy wheel storage bags for my 313's that are lined with mink fur lol

No just kidding on the mink bit

I WOULD BE PISSED!!!

very sorry to hear about this! I get so ANNOYED when shit happens!

I rarely park in bays any more or i take the gf car... but if i am forced i am patient and wait for a parent/childs parking bay with the wider space either side.

Otherwise i will be a dick and park over two bays if needed.

I know i may get keyed or what ever, but there is less chance of me getting obviously keyed by someone compared to someone dinging my car or scratching it with their jacket as they walk by it.

I FEEL YOUR PAIN!

I try to park next to people i work with cars at work, they know my passion for my car so wrap it in cotton wool. When will people learn, I mean why do we not have exclusive spaces do they not realise that we are talking loved and cared for BMW here, not clapped out I don't care ford focus, next election unless we get these spaces I am not voting, i mean kids get their own parking slots and not only cant drive, yet are younger and fitter so don't need to be so close and big spaces.
There we go

I'm going to shove a baby seat in the back and pretend my 16 year old son who is 6' tall is still worthy of a child and baby space

He has denied its him!!! Karma will get him I'm sure

Dent master coming over tomorrow (£50) then a trip to see my detailer to get the mark flattened and polished out.

Then back to looking lovely.

Feel for you. Happened to me in Sainsbury car park before with my 335i.
And I hardly ever drove that thing, and somehow had a dent with a 5 minute shopping.

Got it fixed with dent removal and happened again a second time!!!

I don't park there anymore.
Or park really far away.
Or i take up 2 spaces instead.

I'm so pissed off if they have a go at me for my parking,
then I will say who's paying for my dent removal??

Had to pay £80 each time. that's £160 for some fucking retard who can't open a door without slamming it in to someone else's car. What the fuck is wrong with them!?

Follow the idiot back to find out what car he drives himself.

Then put your foot through the door.

Karma.

Erm !! ... my crappy VXR8 would leave a bigger dint in your door ! Just because you've got a bit of badge snobbery going on doesn't mean us scroaty vauxhall owners don't care about our heaps.

OP - sorry to hear this, people have no respect. I park the furthest away possible and walk. Not allways possible I know. I learnt the hard way, The first week of having my 335D some kid flung the door open getting out of (ironically a crappy vauxhall) zaphira. But there is no excuse for a adult!

Hope you get it fixed perfectly!

I said a 'crappy' Vauxhall.... Not every Vauxhall ever made! There is such things as crappy BMWs but I guess your already on your soap box so there is no point in me explaining.

Hi

Did you get the dent sorted? the dent guy should able to flat it with 2000 grit sandpaper to remove the mark.

Could you name a crappy BMW though, I'm struggling to be honest!

Maybe your remarks should have been more towards micra drivers, as most are old, can't drive and need a football pitch to get out of the door! (Was that a huge sweeping generalisation? Surly not )
