bluetooth volume?

2009 328i prof radio. the volume is super loud just for the Bluetooth but I don't have an owner manual and I searched here and Google but could not find how to turn the volume down. I tried to play with the radio but I don't see Bluetooth volume anywhere

so I got my hands on a owners manual.it says that the radio volume should turn it up and down but it doesn't. I'm using an iPhone. anybody else have this issue? its at full volume when people call.
