Crevier BMW

So today I took in my car because they engine light went on (misfire) to crevier bmw and they refused to check my car unless I payed the $160. My car is under extended warranty so I should not be paying that fee. I have taken my car for a total of 3 times with the SAME problem and they never fixed it. Now this 4th time they say I have to pay $160 because they said they "found that the engine harness was tampered with" the 3rd time.
The first/second time i took my car in it was bone stock. I had never done any modificatons to it. The third time around it had jb+ and DCI but were removed before taking it in. Obviously the car was already having problems before i had jb+ and the DCI. If they would have fixed it the 1st time I wouldn't be having this problem. So after they refused I went to my family mechanic who charged me $10 to check the engine light. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW!!! It was a misfire on cylinder 5. Same freakin cylinder from the past 3 times!!!!!

Is there anything that I can do?

It's all about the service advisor that you work with. Contact Eric Paulson or Richard Kim. They've taken good care of me in the past!

You should have given him a horrible review the first time around on the survey thing then a manager will call you to try to make everything better.

I personnally hate Crevier. They are nothing but a pain in the ass and are owned by Penske now. Take you car to any other dealer. Irvine is normally pretty good as well as Long Beach or McKenna.

I haven't been there enough to build a repertoire with any of the SA's but from my experience they all are easier to work with over Crevier SA's

I always get treated well when I take my car in...

I'll let you borrow my license plate frame and take your car to Long Beach BMW.
