Powder Coaters in NJ. Looking for Hyper Black.

Can anyone recommend wheel powder coaters that do good work and are reasonably priced? I'm looking to do my Avant Garde wheels in hyper black sooner or later.

Please don't recommend NeedPowderCoating.com either. I have called them, texted them, and even sent a message on FB. They didn't respond to any of my messages so I'm not trying to deal with that. ...Bending over backwards just to get a response, let alone a quote...

If you're going to powder coat wheels make sure they know what they're doing. Powder coating essentially cooks the wheels and if it's done at too high a temperature, it can fatigue the aluminum and make your wheels weak and possibly fail.
BBS, Advan and Volk will void your wheel warranty if you have any of their wheels powder coated.

Yeah long gone are the days that I have expensive wheels. I had My old Volk SF Challenges and Work VS-XX done on my previous cars. I'm going conservative this time.

My buddy rob does powdercoating out of his new shop in paterson, right by Horseless Carriage and Lightmodz. Give him a shout, tell him Bret sent you. He does a lot of work for me on my M3 and my buddies cars. Incredible attention to detail and great quality work.

I live in Union and work in Lawrenceville. We use a company right near your work. I can help you with it if you like. They have a special of 4 rims for $500. We would just have to provide him a sample of Hyper Black. Its a very generic term to guys not in the biz everyday.

If you're willing to come out to Queens, check out Intrack Tires, they do awesome work and many of the NY/LI guys can vouch for their work. Pricing is very good too!

Tommy, one of my wheels got slightly curbed. Could you find out what your guy will charge to refinish one wheel? Cars about to get stored for winter so may as well have them redone in the meantime.

One rim is about $150 (dismounted, repaired, refinished and remounted)

Hey Tommy thanks I appreciate the help man. I'll probably be stopping by the shop after the holidays one day after work. Is the shop that you're referring to in Cream Ridge?

The vendor I use is in Cream Ridge but our shop is on Route 1 in Lawrenceville.
