Leaking Coolant

When I upgraded my FMIC with CPE FMIC, while I installed the FMIC I noticed that coolant was dripping. After I put the car back together, I drove home and notice my low coolant and engive overheating. I found out that my radiator cracked or something like that. I replaced the radiator and 3 weeks later I notice some leaking, and gotten low coolant. Any ideas?
