Does an mtech pre lci rear bumper fit the same as an LCI?

I have found a great deal on a rear m tech rear bumper. My car is an lci e90 the listing is for an lci... Im wondering if its the exact same Im not worried about the diffuser im ordering another one anyways. Please let me know

if its OEM then you need the bumper guides
if Replica then you dont.
