Q On A Retrofit & Volume Knob

how do you remove the volume knob? i pulled on it and yet it not popping off. i am wanting to switch the volume knob with the newer one with the silver trim. possible?

also is the touch sensative keys retrofitable?

ok the link you showed me doesn't fit part #65-12-9-119-423. i have a e92 335i coupe and my knob is a half moon cresent in the back. this part is a full circle.

i checkeked on realoem and couldn't find this knob. does anyone know the part # for the 335i coupe chrome volume knob?

PS: if anyone needs the rotary knob let me know. i have no use for it.
