Jb4 - Longer crank when car is warm?

So I noticed that right after I installed my jb4, I get SLIGHTLY longer cranks when the car was turned off within a few hours ago (aka when engine still warm)

Longer crank as in maybe 0.25 seconds longer

When i start the car in the morning, it starts like before I installed jb4.

I read that jb4 doesn't do anything until the engine is at a certain temperature. Thus, I know that the slightly longer crank is 99% related to the jb4. Cold engine -> starts like normal. Warm engine -> JB4 is activated and for some reason lags my cranking?

Is this normal? I read a few posts about this, but nothing explained it.

TO my knowledge the jb4 should not have any effect on how long the car takes to crank/start. Those could be signs of a weak but functional fuel pump or some plugs/coils. Any tune will put stress on all the cars components. If i were you i would do some logs when the car is warm and just see if the fuel pumps are keeping up like they are suppose to. How many miles on the car?

Only have a coding cable right now, not sure if they can do anything?
