Need help with Trunk and Rear lights

Having some electrical issues. Trunk doesn't open with the key or the button (no its not the valet mode). It constantly thinks its open so i think that's why it doesn't open electronically. Anyone know where this sensor is?

Also my lights are having some issues but its only on the left side..
Time and Date will only stay set for about 2-3 days if that. Any suggestions on what to check or what can be causing this? I replaced the battery because it died a couple times.. didn't solve anything.

I guess i should mention that none of those lights are actually burnt out lol
Checked fuses as well. Car is '08 E90 335i
