How does the car still have a factory warranty if its an 07 with 82k miles? Any recall work done. HPFP, turbos etc?

Update: I purchased the BMW Platinum Extended warranty which ended this weekend (12/8/2013). I will change the description now that there is no warranty.

HPFP has been replaced. No problems since.

I need this car gone this weekend.
