Battery symbol on my Dash when car is turned off

I am seeing Battery symbol on my Dash when car is turned off while I am talking in phone. I took my car dealer and they replaced new terminals and again I am seeing that problem. Dealer is saying that that is common because your are drying the battery.
Waiting for your response guys

If your battery is 5 years old, it may be replacement time. Or a bad Alternator. Or a bad IBS. Has your dealer checked all of this out?

Register the battery if you intend to replace it.

Dealer said he can't see that warning battery symbol in Dash, so I went up there and replicated the problem. Then he convinced and later replaced new battery.
I am happy now
