Installing Bulbs on non-xenons e90

Hi,

is there a do it yourself thread on how to install like headlight bulbs on a e90 that dont have xenons???

i bought h7 piaa bulbs in al white and i wanna install them and i just nee to know how to get into the headlight and whta to do after im in there lik swimwear lol.

also if theres a DYI for the foglights that would b appreciated as well. Thanks
