Rear Bumpstops on H&R coilovers

Whats up guys, I ordered H&R coilovers and was wondering if I should order stock bumpstops or go with e36 m3 or z4m bumpstops in the rear? I searched around but go definite answer. I know the fronts are internal but the rears I'm scratching my head big time. What are you guys using?

I know Bilstein sport fronts have internal bump stops but I did not know H&R coilovers did. Where did you see this?

It was on a thread I was reading about bump stops. I could be wrong though and just misread the thread. Anyone have thoughts on this?

the e36m3 bumpstops would be for the front. e86(z4m) should be used for rears.. Just make sure the coilovers do not have bumpstops installed under their dust covers. if they do compare the bumpstops to your oem and if they are shorter than your oem use the ones that come with the coilovers..if the coilovers do not come with preinstalled bstops then order both e36m3F/z4m for rear.

Ok thanks, the piston on the front strut for the H&R coilovers is huge so I don't think they need a bump stop but I'm going to call them on monday and find out about the fronts cause it has me wondering
