Lease Question

I worked out my lease deal in Sept and these are the terms
2008 335i Coupe
$46,475 msrp
$44,275 sale price
.00275 mf
36 months
15k miles
$2,675.00 total out of pocket
$745.00 per month

Now that the money factor has dropped to .00235 (and might drop even more for Nov.), based on the deal i have already worked out... how much should i be looking to have my monthly payments adjusted?? They said this would be worked out when the car gets here but i'll be there about a week before to work this out so i don't rush out the door with any deal because im in a hurry to jump behind the wheel. So instead of doing this with my dealership id rather do this when the car arrives

My car completed production yesterday and its being picked up at a NJ dealership... so im praying maybe 3-4 more weeks??

Thanks in advance

that $2,675 down was total down... so the tax is either in there or in the monthly $745 payment...

i think his 2,6XXX included Fees, First monthly payments, TTL...

so im assuming you have approx. 1400 cap reduction.

and if your using .00235 MF (which u should!!!)

it will drop it approx 30dollars month.

ok now with that being said....
Lets say i should be around $715 a month with the $2,675 total out of pocket...

Based on the sale price of the car if i decide i want to put less down and up my monthly payment to lets say $750.00 what would i be justified in offering for money down??

thanks
