Cold Weather Pkg?
Ordering 335xi sdn this week and have a question. If I get the car with heated seats and no cold weather will I not be able to fold the rear seats or will I just not have the hole in the armrest? Also, the package doesnt include headlight washers on the xi's does that mean they are standard or just not available?

I believe you will only have the hole. Also, the headlight washers are not an option, they only come in the cold weather pack. Don't worry about though, as I find my headlight washers to be about as useless as the New York Jets Offensive Line.

Living in Norcal I see no use for the actual cold weather stuff. Fold down seats is nice though, and I want to take my headlight washers and retrofit them to spray down the intercooler / oil cooler.

When driving through a mountain pass that has been sanded, or on a road that has melting snow/slush mixed with sand, the headlight washers do wonders. I have seen a noticable difference on a long night time drive in those conditions.

They would have to be spraying mud on your headlights to be that useless. |

I'm trying to decide whether or not it's worth paying that much $$ for folding rear seats. I saw a 335i coupe with the CW pkg and the folding seats are nice, but I'm not sure if I'll get $700 worth of use in the car's lifetime.

Folding seats are standard in the Coupe, with or without CWP.

I dont really care about the washers I was just confused why they wouldnt be available on all wheel drive which is more likely to make use of them. My salesperson couldnt say if they are standard or just not available.
The folding seat thing just confused me bc my 330ci has folding seats but no CWP. I dont know that I would ever get use out of it anyway. |

its up to you...but 1 dinner here in nyc can cost more than 700 bucks. If you're debating a $2000 option, yea but $700 is just so immaterial and cheap

Either you are very rich or not very good with your money or both! Can I afford a 350/pp dinner? Yeah, but the last time I did a $700 dinner was.... uh wait.... uh... never.. so you must be a high roller! What is your rent/mortgage like? |
