19's to 18's

Hey guys,
Quick question and lookin for some professional advice.

Current setup is 19" DPE with 245x35x19 front and 315x25x19 rear.
I want to drop down from 19's to 18's and was thinking 18x9.5 +22 front and 18x10.5 +22 rears. You guys have any recommendations to this? Car is a e92 non M with fender work in the rear.
As far as tires I was thinking 275/35/18 front and 315/30/18.

I saw a few posts about people inquiring about this but still would like whatever info you guys can share. Any help would be much appreciated!

That rear tire sizing is pretty aggressive...

your ideal offset and sizes sounds like typical volk wheels

Correct. I'm thinking volk or advans. You think I'll have any issues with the front tire specs
